Add a cone topper to the top of our cones and create an instant barricade. We have found the cone toppers work best on a couple stacked cones for added stability to the top of our PVC cones. Cone topper comes with a 15 ft retractable belt available in several colors (please see below). Easily connects to other cone toppers.
