The 28 inch Watchtower delineator post is bright orange for visibility and has a flange on the bottom that grabs the rubber base for a tight fit. The Watchtower has a comfort grip handle for easy pick up and placement. Caution tape or plastic chain can easily slide through handle opening. See spec sheet below for measurements. Rubber bases are sold separately below.
