The 28 inch Watchtower delineator is bright orange and has two stripes of 3 inch silver engineer grade reflective sheeting for visibility. The delineator has a flange on the bottom that grabs the rubber base for a tight fit. The Watchtower has a comfort grip handle for easy pick up and placement. Caution tape or plastic chain can easily slide through handle opening. See spec sheet below for measurements. Delineator is recessed to protect retroreflective sheeting from rips and scratches. NCHRP-350/MASH Accepted. Meets MUTCD Standards. Rubber bases are sold separately below.
