30 lb rectangular base weight is made from 100 percent recycled rubber, which increases durability and maximizes road friction. The base weight helps the channelizer resist movement from the rush of passing vehicles. Our Divertor traffic channelizer is designed to break-away from the weighted base rather than break upon vehicle impact. Rubber base slides down the channelizer to securely hold it in place. This design also allows the Divertor channelizer to be easily stacked with or without the base attached.
